AHC Greater Baltimore completed an extensive renovation in 2012 that included updated kitchens and baths, new windows, energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, a new common laundry room, and a new community room and management office. The rehabilitation restored the historic row-house facades and added new landscaping as well.
