AHC Inc. has officially rebranded to Affordable Homes & Communities (AHC). Along with the new name, AHC now has a modern logo that embodies a spirit of welcome, opportunity, and renewal. (View an animated version of the logo.)
Affordable Homes & Communities is more than an affordable housing developer. AHC builds opportunity by creating quality homes with holistic resident services.
“Our vibrant new logo symbolizes the open doors we offer individuals and families seeking a better future,” says President & CEO Paul Bernard. “Our rebranding builds on AHC’s past successes and represents a key step in our evolution and growth.”
The rebranding also paves the way for AHC’s updated mission, vision, and values, along with a five-year strategic plan, to be announced at AHC’s Annual Celebration in October.
The introduction of the new logo marks a pivotal moment in AHC's journey. AHC’s many stakeholders, including residents, provided valuable input that went into the development of AHC’s new name and logo.
“Our new branding better reflects who we are and aim to be,” says Bernard. “We look forward to working with our partners to ensure we keep our residents at the heart of all we do.”
