Project Description
The Macedonian provides 36 new affordable apartments in the Nauck community of Arlington, VA. Five units are dedicated to Arlington County’s Supportive Housing Program for persons with disabilities. Building includes more than 2,000 square feet of commercial office space for the Bonder and Amanda Johnson Community Development Corporation (BAJCDC) and planned office space for a business incubator. Property is being provided by Macedonia Baptist Church through a 65-year ground lease. Apartment rents will be set at 50% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
