Description

Located in the Lower Park Heights neighborhood in Baltimore City, the 301-unit project offers affordable housing for seniors and non-elderly disabled residents. The $30 million acquisition and renovation includes updated kitchens and baths, new windows, heating and cooling systems and roof. The two, 13-story buildings have also been joined by a newly constructed building that provides a single point of entry and improved and enlarged community space. Several new community rooms also provide additional gathering spaces and social activities for residents.
