AHC Greater Baltimore's Resident Services works with hundreds of children and adults through three service programs in Baltimore. Services include a wide variety of opportunities to help improve residents' lives, from summer camps for youth to activities for seniors. Programs are offered at three community centers.

Adult Programs
AHC Greater Baltimore offers a variety of programs to help adults develop skills and/or build a better life for themselves and their families. Programs include GED classes, Financial Literacy and Asset Building workshops and one-on-one training and Health and Nutrition programs.
Senior Activities
We also offer activities and programs for seniors to keep them active and engaged, such as field trips to cultural sites and onsite luncheons that focus on health-oriented topics. We are fortunate to have received a HUD Service Coordinator Grant at our Senior property, MonteVerde, which provides for one-on-one service coordination for residents to assist them with daily living activities and allow them to continue to age in place.
Summer Camp
Studies show that summer learning is critical to children's long-term educational success. That's why AHC Greater Baltimore Summer Camps are so valuable. Along with fun recreational activities, our camp offers a wide range of educational activities, including weekly field trips. Children also explore different career opportunities.
Teen Mentorship
AHC Greater Baltimore's teen mentorship program fosters both academic and life skills. Mentors are paired with one student participant to build an ongoing personal relationship. This positive relationship helps students improve their grades, become more confident in their abilities to stay in school and plan for their future.
